Our advisor, Prof. Dr. Florian Moeslein advisor to the European Commission on the digitisation of commercial law

Möslein, in addition to being an advisor at Blockchain Intelligence , is Director of the Institute for Digitalisation Law and Regulation and Professor of Law at Philipps University Marburg, where he teaches contract law, company law and capital markets law.

The professor has published three monographs and more than 80 articles and book contributions, and has edited seven books. From now on, Möslein will contribute to a work to adapt current EU company law procedures to the digital age. “This initiative aims, in particular, to increase the availability and accessibility of company information at EU level and to remove obstacles to the use of this information on a cross-border basis,” Milieu explains.
