ClarkeModet developed in 2019, in collaboration with Minsait (https://www.minsait.com/en), a platform supported by Blockchain technology (https://sred.clarkemodet.com/) that generates and manages proofs of existence of any file or document. The system maximizes the security of the process and provides enhanced versatility, as it allows to raise evidence on formats that could not be registered until now.
In order to ensure the continuity of the generated proofs over time over time, we use 3 different independent Networks: Ethereum (public), Minchain (private) and Alastria (Public-Permissioned blockchain network), so they do not depend on each other. As a result, the degree of confidence is very high, since the three networks provide a complementary protection. The evidence recorded in Ethereum would always be preserved, even if Alastria and Minchain disappeared. In addition, both Alastria and Minchain have public transaction scanners where the validity of the evidence can always be verified.
With our platform, the main goal was to create a solution for client’s needs concerning the protection of many intangible assets that were difficult to validate in the past, such as trade secrets, product catalogues, software source code, algorithms and their versions, literary or audiovisual works, chemical formulas, proof of ownership of unregistered designs, non-patentable information, etc. It is of particular significance in the implementation of an IP advisory solution aligned with our client’s business strategy.

Abstract
Mobility is a basic Human need to access work , education, health, entertainment and human relations, so the solutions to solve the inherent problems have to be human centric oriented, when considering the right transport media to every individual mobility needs.
The increasing alternatives for mobility to contribute to decrease air pollution, traffic congestion, increased traffic security, implies the same increasing number of public and private transport platforms.
This means a typical DLT Distributed Ledger Technology use case where users, public administrations, transport operators and technology industry have to share the basic information for an effective, sustainable mobility as well as resource optimization.
Users need a through full information about the best alternative available for the individual need.
Public administration requires as much as real time information about the users behaviour, the transport media available and when and how are they being used for an optimized SUMP and a common, respectful mobility policies towards a more liveable cities design.
Private and public transport operators need the same information so as to implement dynamic demand planning.
And finally the mobile industry from bikes, e-skates, speedways and scooters to cars, will benefit from the same information for a new mobility models offering. I.e. MaaS Mobility as a Service.
The technical challenge with a human oriented focus may benefit from the blockchain benefits of secure, inmutable, confidential, peer to peer relations implementing a Single Sovereign Identity with a full user control selecting with Smart Contracts the right transport media at every particular case providing tokenized just the exact information needed at the case i.e. driving license available, or age certified to benefit from the elderly transport offering.

Description

Awarded as the “best use case using blockchain in public Administration” in the 2020 «innovation in public services national meeting» (CNIS), the use case refers to the registration of an offer in a distributed ledger network (“DLT”), using DLT as an electronic mean of
submission of tenders, mandatory according with art. 22 Directive 2014/24/EU. It also includes the automatic evaluation of the award criteria through smart contracts. The added value of using DLT in these cases is more transparency, integrity of the
documents of the offers, and efficiency in the evaluation of the award criteria. This use case has already been proved by the Spanish Region of Aragón, where it has been implemented by its Government, as a result of a public tender launched in 2018 and

B.A.M Ticketing gives the artist and event organizer the full control over their tickets for the first time. We eliminate black markets, ticket scalping and any other fraudulent behaviour from primary and secondary ticketing markets.

As a result artists, sports clubs and venues earn more, while end customers pay less for their tickets by eliminating all unwanted middle men – ultimately increase service provider and customer experience.

Artists want their fans to receive fair priced tickets. As scalpers and bots buy large portions (40-70%) of tickets and resell them at high markups (up to 1000%), chances for fans are low to get tickets at reasonable prices.

Event organizers want a secure ticketing process, with no fake tickets, black markets with highly inflated prices or any other ticket fraud.

Ticketing companies see their tickets trading the day after their issuance already on secondary markets with high markups and even higher transaction fees. They lack to exclude scalpers and unwanted brokers from primary markets.

We use blockchain technology to:
– eliminate all middlemen (scalpers, broker) using digital IDs, giving fans higher chances to buy face value tickets on primary markets
– issue tamper-proof tickets using cryptographically protected digital tickets
– empower ticket issuers to control even secondary markets in terms of availability and pricing using blockchain technology
