Dr. Moisés Barrio Andrés joins our Advisory Board

It is an honor to welcome Moisés Barrio, J.D., Ph.D. as Advisor of the Blockchain Intelligence Law & Compliance Institute. His intellectual depth, practical vision and humanistic approach are aligned with our essence and add enormous value to our list of Advisors.

Moisés Barrio Andrés is Professor of Digital Law, consultant, arbitrator and adviser to various States and the European Union on digital regulation. In 1992, at the age of 11, he founded a company that manufactures software and technology and cybersecurity solutions that pioneered the Internet.

He is a member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation and belongs to the group of experts on Cyberpolitics of the Elcano Royal Institute.

He leads the High Specialization Diploma in Legal Tech and digital transformation (DAELT) at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid and co-leads the Aranzadi LA LEY Magazine on digital law and innovation.

Lawyer of the Council of State, Doctor of Law (outstanding cum laude, Carlos III University of Madrid). He has completed postgraduate studies at Harvard University and the London School of Economics.

Author of twenty individual books, editor of six, he has also published more than 60 articles in magazines and other specialized works. He is and has been a speaker and lecturer at various national, European and international congresses, conferences and meetings.
