Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute has been nominated for the ENATIC Digital Law Awards, a recognition that highlights its track record in the development and application of emerging technologies within the legal sector.

Since its establishment in 2017, the organization has operated under a clear principle: the development of blockchain technology and digital assets requires legal certainty, technical rigor, and a robust regulatory vision. Guided by this approach, Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute has promoted initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between technology and law, contributing to the development of regulatory frameworks and strengthening capabilities across the sector.
Over the years, Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute has built an international presence spanning 15 countries and has participated in the development of legislation and supervisory frameworks relating to crypto-assets, tokenized capital markets, and anti-money laundering in six jurisdictions.
Its key areas of activity include:
– Collaboration with 56 public institutions across the European Union and Latin America, as well as corporations, financial institutions, and startups.
– Training programs delivered to more than 200 institutions and companies in blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and digital sovereignty.
– Participation in United Nations initiatives aimed at developing legislative and regulatory frameworks.
– The development of blockchain-based solutions for public policy, social initiatives, smart cities, sustainability, and legal-sector traceability.
– More than 43 editions of certification programs in blockchain, smart contracts, tokenization, and crypto-assets, developed in collaboration with the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN).
– 14 editions of artificial intelligence certification programs designed for legal and compliance professionals.
– The development of initiatives focused on digital sovereignty and digital finance, including stablecoins.
In addition, the organization maintains an active agenda of educational initiatives, industry events, and collaborations with institutional and business stakeholders.
This recognition also highlights the longstanding collaboration with the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, through which Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute has contributed to preparing legal professionals to address the challenges of technological development with expertise and responsibility.
