Description

Supervecina’s Smart Community Brain is an IoT Hub that connects smart building data (secured in Distributed Ledger Technologies, DLTs) to our proprietary AI driven SaaS management tool for HOAs (Supervecina.com). This software-hardware architecture allows us to plug and play high added value services to shared residential properties: smart metering (light, water, gas), smart energy (solar self consumption, EV, savings), smart maintenance (lift, garage doors), smart access, smart geo-location services and smart neighborhood data sharing.
Smart Community Brain is the needed bridge in between the Smart Home and the Smart City.

We have developed a side project to help in COVID-19 crisis, https://Supervecina.com/yaquevas/en helps elderies to reduce their exposure to contagion by locating volunteers that are willing to run errands on their behalf, we’re alread 3.000.
